Getting your ring quickly, and being able to send it back if the fit isn’t quite right, should be the easy part of buying a ring. Here’s exactly what you get when you order from us โ no small print, no surprises.
FREE DELIVERY
Every order ships with Free Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery. No minimum spend, no threshold, no exclusions. It’s free whether you’re buying a ยฃ40 titanium band or a ยฃ300 meteorite ring.

If your ring needs to arrive the next working day โ a last-minute proposal, a birthday, a wedding you’d forgotten about โ upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 at checkout for ยฃ3.50.
Same dispatch cutoff (5pm MonโFri, 11am Sat). Order by the cutoff, your ring arrives the next working day in the vast majority of cases. Royal Mail occasionally has delays outside our control, but they’re rare.
100-Day Free Returns and Free Exchanges
Most ring retailers give you 14 or 30 days. We give you 100 days, because we know from experience that rings get bought in advance of weddings, birthdays, and proposals โ and you shouldn’t be penalised for planning ahead.
If the size isn’t right: we’ll exchange it for a different size as many times as it takes, completely free. No limit on exchanges. No catch.
If you’ve changed your mind entirely: send it back within 100 days for a full refund. We cover the return postage โ you’ll get a prepaid Royal Mail returns label by email when you start the return.

About Engraved Rings
Once a ring has been personalised with engraving, we can’t exchange or refund it โ an engraved ring is unique to you, so we can’t resell it to anyone else.
That’s why we offer something most retailers don’t: when you order an engraved ring, we ship it to you without engraving first. Try it on, make sure the size is right, make sure you love it. If it’s not right, send it back free. Only once you’ve confirmed you’re happy do we engrave it and ship it back to you.
This way you never end up with an engraved ring that doesn’t fit or isn’t what you wanted. If a ring arrives engraved and it’s genuinely faulty, that’s covered under your statutory rights โ get in touch and we’ll make it right.

I started Newman Bands in 2019 because buying a men’s ring online was harder than it should have been. Shipping was slow, returns were a nightmare, and sizing was guesswork. We built the whole operation around solving those three things.
