We’ve been shipping men’s rings since 2019 and have sent over 100,000 orders across the UK. We’ve heard most questions before, so whatever yours is — sizing, engraving, fit, timing for a wedding, what material works for your lifestyle — just ask.

We’ll always try to pick up, but honestly — if we’re out packing orders or dealing with the Royal Mail, the phone might ring through. Leave a message and we’ll call back, or drop us an email and we’ll usually respond faster.
Returns, exchanges, and sizing questions
If your ring doesn’t fit or isn’t quite what you hoped for, we make it easy:
- 100-day free returns — full refund, no questions, no return postage cost
- Free exchanges — swap for a different size as many times as it takes, also free
- Pre-engraving approval — if you’ve ordered engraving, we ship the ring plain first so you can confirm size and fit before we engrave it

- Same-day dispatch if you order before 5pm Monday to Friday, or 11am Saturday
- Free delivery: Royal Mail Tracked 48 — arrives in 1–3 working days
- Next working day: Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £3.50 upgrade at checkout
