IMPORTANT – Please ensure you include a note with your order number on  so that when we open your parcel we know who sent it. We just need your order number


If possible please reuse the brown box we sent the ring to you in. You can either tear off the old label or just put the new freepost label over the top. It doesn’t need extra packaging – if it does it will go over 25mm in height and may be returned to you. If you don’t have it, just put the ring inside the ring box and use an envelope or small plastic mailing sack.

Returning more than one ?
If you are returning more than 1 ring (even from separate orders) please place them inside the one packaging box and include the order numbers for both

PLEASE DO NOT – use a box or packaging larger than 2.5cm in height.

You can simply post it using your nearest postbox, there is no need to get a certificate of posting.

(Some Post Offices will not take the Freepost Label because they are a separate business from the Royal Mail. Please just post it using your normal postbox)

How long do I have to return my ring?

If you could return it unused and unworn (apart from being tried on) within 100 days, that would be great.
